Nepali Pride (नेपाली गौरव)

A Chance to Grow run by Nepali national Krishna Gurung has been selected in the final round of 12 participants for the BBC World Challenge. It was among the 700 contestents applying for the challenge. BBC World Challenge is a global competition aimed at finding projects or small businesses from around the world. He with other members are conducting the Shanti Sewa Griha - Nepal that supports the leprosy victims and tries to explore their talent for income generation and making them self sufficient. Started with 13 leprosy people in 1992, it has now more than 1000 people.
It is our pride that Nepal has talented and visionary people who are transforming our society in better way. We need to encourage them. Let us shoulder together to make the project winner and therby give the organization a chance to grow and prosper.
